Te Vemos · We see you

The people who keep our city running deserve care too.

Cooks, cleaners, warehouse and care workers carry our days on their shifts. Most never get a wellness benefit. Te Vemos brings them free stress care through community groups they already trust, in Spanish and English.

Stories

Two people. One reason we're doing this.

Jakie, 60

She spent her working life in hospitality and raised two daughters on shift pay. She lives with a chronic illness and still shows up for work. She has never had a wellness benefit.

Te Vemos exists for people like Jakie.

Lisa, 25

When her day gets heavy, she opens Stressie and takes a few minutes to reset. The moments add up. She has earned rewards along the way.

It's become part of how she takes care of herself.

How it works

Gifts go to a community nonprofit, not to us.

Restaurant and kitchen crews Cleaning and care workers Warehouse and delivery
  1. Someone gives

Through their company's giving program. Many employers match.

  2. A nonprofit holds it

A 501(c)(3) partner rooted in the neighborhood.

  3. The community chooses

The partner invites the members who need it most. Workers join free.

  4. Care reaches them

On their phone and in person, in Spanish or English, around their shifts.

What each worker gets

All free to them, in Spanish and English.

  • Stressie, free. Log a stressful moment, take a two-minute reset, earn points for rewards nearby.
  • Breathwork sessions at partner sites.
  • Matched resources that are free or low cost.
  • An AI companion, not a therapist. It hands off to real people in a crisis.

Help a worker be seen.

Ask if your company will match your gift.

Stressie, Inc. is a for-profit company. Gifts go to our nonprofit fund partners, which provide Stressie to community members at a nonprofit rate. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; check with the receiving nonprofit.
