Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data from our app, please follow the steps below. This process ensures that all your information is removed from our system securely and permanently. Don't want to delete your account, just some or all data? Contact support. 

Step-by-Step Guide to Data Deletion

Log in to your Account

 

  • Ensure you are logged in to your account on our app.

Navigate to Account Settings

  • Go to the settings section of the app, which is usually accessible from your bottom navigation bar.

Find the Data / Account Delete Option

  • Look for an option labeled "Delete Account" or "Delete Data" within the settings and select this option.

  • Once your request is submitted, our system will process the deletion of your data. You will receive a confirmation screen with time stamp once the process is complete.

  • Screenshot or capture the screen confirmation, and contact us for further support (with screenshot attached) if you wish to have further confirmation. 

  • Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure that you have saved any important information before initiating the deletion process.

  • By requesting data deletion, you agree to our Privacy Policy and understand the consequences of permanently deleting your data.
